What is the difference between a 12 month commitment, a 5 month commitment, and no commitment? The price.  The longer we have you, the cheaper it is.  If you aren’t ready to commit to us at the beginning, you can always begin with no commitment and then commit to a longer term package down the road.

How often do I need to take class to make it worth it to have a membeship rather than purchasing single classes? Here’s the math.

If you have the $99/month AutoPay with a 12 month commitment, you need to come at least 5x/per month (a little more than 1x/week) on average for it to be worthwhile.  If you have the $125/month AutoPay with a 5 month commitment, you need to come at least 7x/per month (a little less than 2x/week) for it to be worthwhile.  If you have the $150/month Auto Pay with no commitment , you need to come at least 8x/per month (2x/week) for it to be worth it.

Can I freeze my contract?

If you have the $99/month Autopay with a12 month commitment you may freeze your account for a maximum of 2 months total and 2 freezes total per year.  We cannot freeze an account for less than a month.  Freezing your account will extend the term of your contract.   If you have the $125/month Autopay with a 5 month commitment, you may freeze your contract 1x for  a minimum of1 month during your contract term.  To freeze your account, you must make the request by email or in person at least 1 week before your payment cycle.

What if I have a contract with a time commitment but I have to cancel my contract earlier because of an unforseen circumstance?

Things happen.  People move.   Get new jobs.  Get pregnant.  Etc.  If at any point, you need to cancel a contract early, the cancellation fee is $99 for the 12 month commitment and $125 for the 5 month commitment.  Contracts require 10 days advance notice prior to your next billing cycle.  You can cancel online or by filling out a form at the front desk.

Can I still use my student, senior, or early sign-up discount? Yes, Proper ID is required.  Please be true.

Can I use my membership towards children’s classes, family classes, or workshops? No, in an effort to keep things simple, we are not offering a family type of membership yet.  We will continue to consider it for the future.
