Liquid with Monstah Black –  Featuring “core” warm up, incorporating elements of ballet, release technique and modern dance. Choreography and structured improvisations, focusing on moving organically, finding seamless movement patterns in the body and building confidence in spontaneous physical choices. Get Up, Get Down with Stephanie Battle – Get Up as in – inversions, rising to the top, elevating, levitating. Get Down as in – going deep, grounding, building a solid foundation, riding a really really good beat.
