Sacred Burlesque incorporates classic burlesque, modern striptease, pinches of Kundalini Yoga, dance, sacred sexuality, and energetic healing exercises. This fun melange is accessible to women (and the occasional man) from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. After our sultry warm-up, we play with either a combination, follow along a series or improvise. While not required, your experience will be even juicier if you bring along heels, a bra, and something sexy to strip out of.

Hoop Yogini + Hoop Dance
HoopYogini™ is transformational fitness combining hula hooping, hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation. You will learn many new movement skills and will be pleasantly surprised with what you learn about yourself. Please Bring a Hoop if you have one, otherwise you may rent a hoop for $2. Please sign up in advance as hoops are limited. All levels are welcome. No hoop, yoga or meditation experience required.

Qoya is a shift in consciousness through movement that evolves the way we have been taught to move our bodies as women. Drawn from the wisdom of yoga, creative expression in dance, and the pleasure found in sensual movement, Qoya helps women enjoy and revel in their feminine bodies. Qoya classes combine the traditional benefits of fitness — including strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and agility training — with a unique empowering approach that is feminine, expressive, and most importantly, fun. As we do Qoya, we remember. We remember as women that we are wise, wild, and free. For women only. (This class is held on a monthly basis.)
