SteadyRoll is a 90-minute workshop designed to awaken your deep intrinsic muscles, tap into your center, and work towards full body symmetry.
As we research the areas of your body that are holding tension and draining your energy, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the way you move through life. Utilizing a foam roller we’ll work on slow and controlled movements, diaphragmatic breathing, and rehydration of your connective tissues.
Whether you’re a runner, yogi, spend hours at a desk each week, or are recovering from an injury, SteadyRoll is designed to create more space, energy, and freedom in your body to do the things you love.

Stephanie Severe is a NASM and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, SteadyRoll founder, and Qoya Instructor. She works passionately with clients in all stages of life to create balance in their bodies through strength, stability, and finding joy through movement.
