Unnata® Aerial Yoga Teacher Certification

Winter 2020 Session

The Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training provides far more than a foundation to teach Aerial Yoga. It’s a deep immersion into a unique method of Yoga that uses the support of the hammock to explore, refine and advance traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground.
The Unnata method is rooted in Yoga, which means everything we discover in the hammock can be studied and applied to a traditional floor practice, too. The #1 comment we get from Unnata TT graduates is, “My floor practice completely changed.”
In addition, you’ll receive a large amount of on-going support even after graduation through on-line continuing education, and question and answer forums on all Aerial Yoga topics: practicing, teaching, and the business of teaching.

Lean in to Unnata’s Legacy:

  • An unparalleled education in an aerial-inspired, authentic Yoga method.
  • A worldwide community of committed and accomplished teachers.
  • A heritage of 10+ years of intimate and in-depth teacher trainings.
  • A body of wisdom built from 13+ years of Unnata practice and the history of Yogic tradition.
